Symptoms Help!

I'll try to be real brief.  I am practically desperate to know if anyone is experiencing symptoms like me. Long story short 3 1/2 years ago I had a accident where I impacted the ground head/chest first very violently.   I was not seen emergently the day of the accident due to the lack of any severe pain or symptoms following the accident, I was quite sore and shook however.

Prior to the accident I was a super active athletic 37 year old guy.

Shortly following the accident about a week after I started to experience horrible symptoms of which most all continue to this day.  Initially the symptoms took me so of guard I literally thought I was dying or going crazy. It sent me several different directions diagnostically.

I have with no exaggeration seen every doctor imaginable, covering the gamut of potential health issues to determine where my symptoms are coming from.  As for the spine itself I have seen over 10 separate neurosurgeons, several specialists in NYC, I have done so many tests and scans its crazy, you name it I've done it, no joke.

Aside from seeing traditional doctors and doing conventional things like physical therapy I have also done many off beat treatment modalities.  Specialty chiropractors, Prolotherapy, and all sorts of things, you name it I've probably done it.

Hear I am 40 months later after accident and after a staggering amount of things done I have still suffering big time,  I have lost my job and quality if life suffers majorly.  2 small kids depend on me so every day is a battle, every single day.

My main symptoms are as follows.

1- My head feels too heavy for my neck to support, I literally feel a severe mechanical instability within my neck, Its hard to pinpoint but stems mostly from my upper neck.  It feels like my neck can just give out and collapse with a wrong move.  I get a ton of popping and snapping in my neck.  This also comes with a jerky unstable feeling when I move my neck, mostly when looking down.  IF I GRAB THE TIP OF MY NOSE AND SHAKE I FEEL A DISCONNECTED LOOSE SENSATION AND SOUNDS COMING FROM MY UPPER NECK.

2- Severe 24/7 high pitched tinuts

3- Heart palpiltaions

4- As far as actual pain goes my upper neck is tense and tender. My lower neck right at the c7-t1 spinous process has a severe stabbing pain on either side of the spine, it feels like the muscle want to rip off the bone.

No doctor says I am surgical.  Tests have shown some mild to moderate DDD in my neck and there is a small herniation at C5-C6 .  Upper neck scans show lesions and "spraining'" of certain crucial upper cervical ligaments(Alar Transvere)

Do any one else have this sensation of head falling off, neck collapsing??? Its my main symtom and no matter what I do it never gets better and only seams to be gettting slowly and steadily WORSE as time goes on.
