Pain in thoracic back after chiropractic adjustment

Hi, I've been experiencing thoracic back pain for about 5 years. About 5.5 years ago, I saw a chiropractor for lower back pain. He adjusted my thoracic back by laying me face down on a bench and cracking my thoracic back using sudden pressure downwards onto my back. This was done 3 times per week for a month. With no changes to my condition, I discontinued the treatments. A few months later, I began experiencing pain in my thoracic back. I'm assuming this was a result of the adjustments received from the chiro. I tried message, prolotherapy, and physical therapy with no improvements. Can anyone help get me out of this pain?

You will not find very many members on this forum that use Chiros. While it may feel good when they press on your spine it is not a cure or continued relief. It is temporary without a diagnosis.

If it were me, I'd make an appointment with spinal specialist, neurologist, or neurosurgeon, someone that can do diagnostic testing.
Hang in there and take care.
