    if you are feeling pain from your thigh to your foot, it sounds like it could besciatic nerve pain. did your doctor do a leg raise test to see if you have a herniated disc or piriformis syndrome? If PT isnt working,  talk to your doctor about what your next step should be.

    If you are getting physical therapy for a  misdiagnosed "muscle injury", you could do more damage if your pain is from a lower lumbar disc problem. If you have tingling in your feet, thats a sign that it could be the sciatic nerve that runs down the leg is being impinged. Perhaps you should see a physiatrist to make sure your physical therapy is treating the corrrect problem. My PT thought i had a muscle injury and was having me do exercises that were the EXACT OPPOSITE of what i should have been doing. There are simple leg raise tests, etc that a Dr can do to diagnose you.
