When I try to clime like getting in my truck I don't have enough strength in my legs also I tried to clime in a jeep and my legs gave out..I do not have pain in my legs nor does it radiate down my legs like sciatica.. Any suggestions..also my legs get tired and hurts like I'm working out going up steps..thanks

Are you a truck driver who sits a lot? In my opinion, and because my sciatica took so long to go full bolt, it is not uncommon for these types of symptoms to occur when the sciatic nerve is being pinched or impinged.

  • I don’t think you can actually touch (make contact with) the discs in your back. They’re too far in for your fingers to reach.

My PT touched my back and told me she felt a herniated disc with her hand. When I went to a chiropractor he said that’s hogwash ... that no one can feel a herniated disc with their hand.

I definitely think someone might be able to feel the inflammation inside the body as a result of a herniated disc, but to actually feel the disc itself is not likely.
