Neck problems

Hi all, for some time now I have had quite a few episodes where I begin to get a very strange feeling in the back of my head /neck, and it moves downwards and into my arms which seem to go ever so heavy and I lose all power of them. I cannot lift my arms, I have to remain in whatever position I am in when it all starts. This strange occurrence lasts for around 5 to 7 minutes in all before the weird feeling goes and I am able to move my arms once again. I just wondered if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this ???

I saw a neurologist last year who told me that the holes in the back of the neck have a covering of arthritis and this was the only thing he could find to explain these episodes I am having. He also told me that an operation would be far more painful than dealing with the episodes I am having. Is there anyone else that may have experienced something like this?

Also try to take over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Keep moving, but avoid jerking or painful activities. Do slow range-of-motion exercises, up and down, side to side, and from ear to ear. You must try getting it checked by a doctor. Hopefully in an aesthetic clinic. You can figure out
