Ablasion of lower disks has failed

Before the ablasion I was in pain, no doubt. MRI showed spinal stenosis, bulging disks, degenerative disks.  Some due to having MS for 15 years I'm sure.  I had an ablasion of S1 -L5 over 3 weeks ago.  The pain is now horrific.  Having more nerve pain than before the ablasion.  The PM Surgeon upped my Gabapantin to 900 mg, 3 x a day.  Still no relief.  What procedures can be done when the ablasion fails? I
