Okay, so basically I have this weird back pain in my upperish left side back. In order for me to feel any relief from it, I have to crack my back multiple times a day. Sitting or standing in a position for too long causes it to "build up" and when its really bad i have to pop my back and it goes a way for some temporarily relief. Its more sharp, and it doesn't come in any pattern or certain times.
I noticed the pain goes away when i'm doing excercises like running or weightlifting, it also helps for me to foam roll it out at the gym.
I would say its located in the region near where my kidney would be.
My doctors have done 2 Xrays of my spine and 2 ultrasounds of my kidneys and they said nothing looks wrong there. What should I do? What could this be? Is there anything I could try to fix it (Maybe any excercises or core training, etc?).
