chocking

7 months ago I got a physical therapy treatment . instantly I felt numbness in my throat and tongue chocking and gag reflex, followed by  panic attack which I never had before. To be mentioned that therapist rested his thumb in the medial aspect  of the left SCM muscle when I had the above reaction. Since then I have multiple problems: chocking episodes, difficulty swallowing , left ear and throat pains, loud tinnitus, MRI mastoid air cell shows its full of fluid. certain positions and movement triggers the episodes. laying flat in hard surface calms down the symptoms, so i sleep a lot. I saw 6 ENTs , 3 neuro , two primary ..no explanation found, of course they sent me to anxiety specialist... I came to the conclusion maybe its C1 C2 misaligment , but that would not explain chocking only the ear issues. what do you think?
