Please help... L4 and L5 dorsal subligamentous hernia

Hello everyone, I really need your help

I'm 27 years old male, diagnosed with spondylosis, mixed combined stenosis, L4 and L5 dorsal subligamentous hernia according the MRI.

here are the pictures for it

https://ibb.co/kJgZJyh

My symptoms that lead me to visit doctor were:

  • lower back pain, while getting out of the car and if standing for a while.
  • if I bend my back to pick something up and stay in that position for a while, I can't rise up straight, need 10-20 seconds to do it slowly, otherwise painful
  • cant sit straight, my lower back gets tired in a minute or so, so have to sit bent forward with my elbows on the table or bent backwards - like laying in the chair, till my back hurts from the pressure
  • fill a sharp pain in my lower back every one or two month, that usually goes away in 5-10 minutes. I fainted once because of the pain, fell down and broke my head and nose.
  • overall stiffness and discomfort in everyday life.

the doctors where saying that L2 and L3 disc where also herniated.

Also, I have a flat feet and scoliosis, my knees hyper extend while standing and painful while walking with a pack.

The big problem is, my job is physically very demanding, I have to carry 10 kg backpack for 2-3 day expeditions. I tried to avoid it, but this summer ,no chances.

Where I live, medical service is very expensive compared to the average income, and doctors have a tendency to redirect to fellow doctors for useless procedures. I can't afford all this.

Could you give me any advice? What should I do to take care of my condition, make  it better or not make it worth? I can't loose my job and my health.

Thank you all

L4_L5 , I agree with. If you keep up this pace you will not have a spine left. You only have one, take care of it. Seeing a specialist like Chip said may be worth it for your future.

Most of us on this site have had to give up a lot so we do understand about that point.

Take care and keep us posted.
