Surgery preparation

I’m  exactly one month from surgery tomorrow. I’m riding a stationary bike, doing squats, and lying leg lifts. Is there anything else I could be doing? Fusion S2 up to some where just short of T1.

Like Chip said, core strengthening is good, just don't overdo. But there are other things too which depend on if you have help or not. It's a good idea to put things you use daily waist high, have slip on shoes and button up shirts. This is just to name a few. Below is a link that will get you better prepared.
