Osteoporosis cause pain

Does osteoporosis itself cause pain if you dont have a fracture. If so, how/why ?

My B.Density is -3.2 in my spine -2.3 in my legs,

    Yes, it can be painful but you can live with osteo if the joints don't start breaking down and causing serious problems. I have 2 fractured vertebra due to osteo.
