Chronic low back pain

I suffer from low back chronic pain, I had a bad back for about 10 years but I also have hip pain, it's tender to touch and groin area hurts  I heard it could be related. I've had MRI done was told I had loss of lumbar lordosis and my most recent one didn't show that anymore. I can't sleep flat on my back because it's too painful and all night I'm just turning and turning because my hips hurt. Sometimes I wake up because of the pain, it's feel very achy like a toothache. Any idea what it could be?
