Post here if you are having surgery in November, 2019.
ACDF C3-4, C6-7 and C7-T1 on Nov 20. Never had any surgery as an adult. Should be an adventure!
Glad to have you here, you're the first but there will be others to join you.
I had ACDF C4-C7 in Feb. 2018, surgery was really not that bad and recovery went well.
Take care and keep us posted

Having acdf 4 levels next month lol! So I'm a month early. I'm also 66. Just so happy to finally get this done. Been having some really bad pain issues. I've also had spine fusion in 2015 T-3 to S1. My spine never felt better. Earlier this year I had right si joint fusion. Again great results. My spine specialist surgeon is a miracle worker. Good luck and best wishes to all November surgeries! Heck, mine may possibly be in that month but I'm hoping for October. Just depends on surgery schedule
Welcome, you have been through it with spine surgeries, hope this one goes as well as the others.
When you get a date, let us know, if we need to move you to October, we will.

Just found out this morning that I will be having L4/5 TLIF surgery on 11/5/19. Due to my insurance through work, I will be flying to Houston for this surgery. A little nervous about the flight back home (post-op). So ready to get rid of the pain in my legs (shocking sensations) and maybe the back pain, too. Have been reading the post in here. Thank you for letting me join this forum to learn all I can about my procedure and recovery. Then afterward I will share my experience and help with questions.
Hi purpleprincess. Hope your surgery goes well and you get pain relief. Looking forward to reading your posts about your experiences with surgery. I am scheduled for multilevel ACDF 11/20. Take care.
Hi SpringfieldM1...thank you very much. I’ll definitely post updates about my experience with surgery. I did a total knee replacement in June 2017, so I’m hoping the back surgery/recovery isn’t like the knee recovery. My husband had the ACDF on C5/6 (I believe that’s the correct level) in August 2015, due to an injury at work. Sending prayers for you to have a smooth surgery and speedy recovery from your surgery. Take care and have a great day.
