Go to bed fine and wake up in the AM with my thoracic back aching. Every day - never fails.
Bought a new Sleep Number bed a year ago - it's not the bed - it's my body on the bed. I'm a side sleeper.
Any ideas here as to what's going on and how to mitigate?
I have issues from my shoulders down to my back - I've been feeling lately it's how I position my arms at night.
