i know some of you have tried prolotherapy. my husband has used it with great success. this technical paper says it can be used on neck ligaments to help with cervical instablity. (i have a hard time reading tech papers; i think that's what it says.) have any of you heard of this or do you have any thoughts on it? thanks!---mazy

  • And it made a HUGE difference with my instabilities there. When I had the c-spine prolo, it helped immensely with my pain, and lasted about six months. Where it was the most noticeable though, was through my pelvis (it no longer just slipped in and out of place) and mid back (I have an area around T12 that is very unstable), it helped get rid of that clicking/cracking that was almost constant.
