Sometimes there is a tender spot 3 inches above the top of the butt crack (excuse the language) near where I herniated my back (L5-S1). When I put pressure on that tender spot, it seems to reduce the pain. The problem is I can't find a good way to apply constant pressure.
I tried a weight lifting belt, but it cannot reach that spot because that spot is "concave". I tried wedging some objects inside the belt, and it sort of work when standing but not while sitting. Also, the belt has a tendency to slip higher to the waist where the circumference is smaller than at the lumbar area.
Is there a pre-made solution?
