problems, one of the most annoying thing was that I was always dropping something. It could be a knife, a fork and as heavy as a glass of liquid.
It was to the point that I had very little feelings in my hands, so grasping was a problem.
I would drop things all the time. Finally after doing this for a while and MRIs, etc... the first of my ACDF's were done which helped this so much
  • I also drop things, and limbs can jerk at different times. Was that way before surgery and still that way after.
    Maybe it goes with myeolopathy

  • definitely dropped lots of things before my surgery.I think i almost lost a whole set of dishes,it was a daily thing for me to be cleaning up glass off the floor. my penmanship was horrible as well. try a squishy ball to try and strengthen you hand muscles.Like one of those stress balls. just keep making fists. or i had to lay out a newspaper flat on the table and just using your bad hand put it in the middle of the paper and with your fingers crumple the paper up into a ball it really works your hand muscles.
