Im only 23 with DDD

Hello, my name is Henry and I was diagnosed with ddd yesterday in my L5-S1 L4 its a mild case but reading other's with the same problem my hope is decreasing. I was very active but now that's going to change. I've looked up for many hours any successful stories in reverseing ddd but so far no luck...I'm hoping I can be the first to say, I've done it but its not looking good. There is something that I'm gonna try its a type of fasting that its known to work miricles. Its really hard to stay positive when someone tells you that your disc's are slowly dieing and there's nothing you can do to stop it and that your pain will get worse and worse. I will try this fasting for 6 months, after that I will get another mri hopeing that my discs are white again. I will keep and update on how I feel so far I just have burning back pain with a bit of siatica.. plzz if anyone has any advice plz let me know. My best wishes go out to everyone suffering from this..
Henry Gomez
