Big Question about an MRI of the T-Spine

I had an MRI a few weeks ago and have to wait a few more before I get to see my doctor again. I saw something on the MRI that kinda go me scared. At first I thought it was just nothing but it is exactly where the pain is in my back. They look like black circles covering the spinal cord itself. there are five of them going down precisely where the pain is, Any help?
