Upper back pain right above shoulder blade when i breath

20 years old male in the marine corps
don't smoke but I do dip
don't drink anything besides water sometimes Gatorade
eat very healthy.
So this pain has just started happening to me recently right after a long hike it was about a 22k hike with packs roughly 90 lbs talked to a doc for a couple of minutes he really didn't know. The pains been around about 2 weeks now
It hits me the most when im laying down the pain like I said is right above my right shoulder blade the pain is really bad when I breathe in deeply. I've been sick for about 2 months so when I cough the pain is the absolute worst. just walking about its not to bad but It would be nice to be 100%. The pain is like some heavy object that's roundly shaped is trying to come out of my body. Just "taking it easy and resting" is not an option at all I still will have to do my day to day training but if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
