hello all, i've been doing better with my L5-s1 herniated disc with swimming andbeing active and reached up to 80% of natural healing , till suddenly i started having heavy cramps in my left leg, especially in the morning.
i cant sit and cant lay down on my back,also cramps goes on and on, and in the morning, i struggle to stand up, for like 10-20 mins until everything turns fine, as if i have nothing. and can walk or even stand up for 10 hours or walk or anything,
till i get back home and start struggling again with cramps.
any hint of how to get rid of these cramps or even make them less painfull? any iea would be appreciated.
