Can someone translate this

L4-5 posterior annular fission with posterior central disc protrusion and central canal narrowing. L5-S1 posterior central disc protrusion indents into the thecal sac and closely approximates bilateral S1 nerve root.

I've been a scout in the Army for 7 years now, its a pretty physical job but from what I can translate I don't think I should be feeling the pain I'm having. What do you think? Thanks

  • Yeah I seen the doc already, he read this to me and I didn't really understand it. I'll make another appointment and ask him to dumb it down a bit, thanks
