Chronic Lower Back Pain

I have had ongoing pain in my lower back for about 3 years now. There hasn't been a day where it is not been there. Some days are a little worse than others. Over the years I wouldn't say that it has gotten worse but has been the same. I feel like the pain may be coming from my SJ joints and a little stiffness in the spine are right above it.

I seen a musculoskeletal doctor and had xrays taken by my primary. The xrays did not show arthritis. The musculoskeletal doctor had me do some stretches and manipulations and I ended up not going back after we moved so I only seen her about 2-3 times. She never diagnosed me with anything. I suspect SI joint dsyfunction but I never had traumatic injury to the area that I am aware of. The pain feels like it goes across my whole back not just one sided. I do get some groin pain and pain in my outter thigh both on the left side. Sometimes I can feel it in my hip. Sometimes my back area is sensitive if you push on it.

I have an appt with a new doctor in March. I am a little worried now that maybe my backpain in more than just si joint dysfunction as I have heard tumors can cause back pain as a symptom. The pain has been pretty constant for 3 years so I am hoping if it were something more it would have been worse.
