my mri impression:
- degenerative disc disease at multiple levels
- mild diffuse disc bulge of the disc at l1-l2 level causing thecal effacement. b/l neural foramina are normal. no. impingement of nerve root.
- diffuse disc bulge with small posteriocentral protrusion at l4-l5 level causing narrowing of central spinal canal and minimal narrowing of b/l neural foramina. no impingement of nerve root.
- diffuse disc bulge with focal annular tear at l5-s1 level causing thecal indentation. no impingement of the nerve root.

3 months back while i have vomiting, i got severe pain in my back. then i am bed, i visit the doctor and suggest for mri then i did therapy and recovered in 10 days. now i had again same kind of pain and i cannot sit nor walk properly. while i stand straight my lumbar tilts left sides. i am in bed rest since a week.
i had notice that when i had gastric i used to feel like vomiting and pain occurs in by back. i am 35 years and i am worried with my back pain. i cannot go for work. please suggest for for my fully recovery and what does mri report says.

there is nobody on the forum qualified or permitted to interpret or advise on an mri finding this is something you need to discuss with your doctor
