Saturday Night Palsy ( total arm paralysis)

Hello all
As some may know I have had 2 operations on my neck. C4-7 is fused and I continue with chronic pain for 10 years now
Last night my left arm and hand went totally paralyzed. I had to use my right arm to move it from the top of my head to my side. I then had 1 to 2 minutes of nauseating pins and needles until I got feeling back. Should this be a concern or warrant calling my neurologist?

Thank you

Any new or bothersome symptoms, I would notify doctor.
I would want doctor to assess, esp the paralysis, and either guide me through how to take care, or to reassure.
