Back and side pain issues

hello everyone. this all started on wednesday morning when i woke up and the lower part my back was in pain. strangest thing is, i was awake until 5 something in the morning and i was fine. and when i woke up it was only after 10. my mother and my sister think it's because the mattress i sleep on is so old. but then later on that day i start to have this excruciating pain on my sides. sometimes on left side. sometimes on my right side.

my mother took me to the er the next night and i tell the doctor my symptoms and he thinks that i may have had a kidney stone. but after getting a ct scan, getting my blood work and having a urine test, they couldn't find anything specific. no kidney stones, no appendicitis, no urinary tract infection, no kind of inflammation, etc. they did give some morphine for the side pains and i haven't had any since then. as well as some prescription meds.

those parts of my body are still sore, i figured that they'll heal eventually. but now they're interfering with my sleep. it doesn't matter which side i lay on i'll start feeling some pain. i lay on my back my back starts hurting. i lay on my side they hurt. i also get this burning sensation in my back. has anyone else gone through something like this? if so, what did you do to resolve it? i haven't been able to stay asleep for at least two hours since friday.
