greetings :) i joined this site bec i want to talk to people who has gone through what im going through right now. so i was 16 when i was diagnosed with upper lumbar and lower thoracic dextroscoliosis at 35 degrees. the ortho doctor said its too late for me to wear a back brace, instead he let me undergo physical therapy and adviced me to do yoga. im feeling back pain for alot of times and been reading forums about scoliosis. im just 17 now and the pain im feeling is TERRIBLE that i dont know whether to sit stand or lay down bec it hurts so much that i cry my eyes out and i cant sleep. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO :( my pain relievers dont seem to work. im feeling so down right now. surgeries crossed my mind but they cost alot and i think its too risky.
