I am posting in respect of my wife. She has experienced back pain irregularly in recent history, for which she sleeps on the floor for recuperative/preventative measure.
She has described to me, how, about 10 days ago she stubbed her toe on a step causing pain in her toe, which over spne days migrated to her knee and now lower back, with which as I witness she is suffering great discomfort.
Difficulty in lying down, getting up, discomfort if in one position too long, squatting to sit etc.
I see that in respect of back pain it seems best to allow the back to recover of its own accord before consulting the medic. I am posting this, to find out if this is a distinctive type of back pain.
Thanks in advance.
