Pain management? ?

I'm in n.c. and I have been seeing my pain.clinic dr.for 4 years. I recently failed a drug test for cocaine (which i have never used) and i was kicked out. Ive been complaining for awhile now about the urine tests not having my name on it. How can these drs know whose tests belong to whom when there's no names on the cups? Is it not possible that the lab can mess up just like anyone else?  When I tried to talk to her about it the nurse said she could not speak to me because of the failed test. Is this true and is there a way to find out if the lab messed up and gave her someone else's results?  It's very frustrating when I know I did not do the cocaine that "showed" up in my system.
Oh and the reason for my chronic pain is the result of someone dropping a steel ladder on my neck as I was walking away. Dr. Said I was lucky to be alive.

I always make sure my name is on my cup before going into the bathroom...and label on the cup itself.
......not  only on the cap, as caps can be removed and confused.

Personally, I'm not sure of what recourse you have, but I will follow your discussion, as I am interested to see if your situation is corrected.
