Tingling Under Arm When Letting Out Deep Breaths

I went to a chiropractor a few weeks ago and around the time that I went (three appointments within a couple weeks) I started noticing that when I breath out deeply I get this little tingling that goes from under my armpit up to my elbow. At times I get some tingling in my hand too (mostly pinky and ring finger it seems) and this is all on the left side. Sometimes I notice slight tingling in my right hand and feet as well but that could just be me overthinking it.

Is this most likely a pinched nerve? How do I get rid of it?

Doesnt sound to me as it would be a pinched nerve, not when its the hand and foot involved.  I would go back to your Chiropractor and ask them what they did and why are you having this situation now.

Are you breathing using your diaphragm or your chest? Changing to diaphragmatic breathing techniques may help you in the right direction!
