Pulsed Radio-frequency for CRPS

Help!!! I had pulsed radio-frequency to try and alleviate CRPS pain in knee cap five weeks ago. Since the procedure I have had pain in my buttock, hip area and thigh which is causing extreme discomfort whilst sitting and moving. Any ideas? I have another three weeks until I see my consultant and GP is stumped.

I don't have any experience with that procedure but the symptoms you are experiencing sound like sciatica. Make sure you have an mri done to figure out the issue. I had severe sciatica and couldn't sit for months. It is very painful.

    Hello....
Im sure it is my misunderstanding, but is consultant the one who performed the procedure?
Curious if you notified his office by phone with your very good question?

I will be interested to follow what is said to you.

While waiting for responses from members with shared experiences, it may benefit you to use the search, upper right on page.
Your concerns may be commented on in current or older discussions.
You may also be led to the medical side with articles and videos. Very informative!

As Ellen mentioned, above, you may want to look into sciatica. For me, often times when I search, I find clearer ways to describe symptoms to my doctor...and more importantly, for me, to jot down more specific questions for doctor.
