Year out from second fusion lower back

Had 2nd surgery for another fusion ( 3-5) last January. Been able to work out ( biking, body weight stuff like push-ups pull-ups trimemendously, some weight work) and back still very sore, hamstrings, calves tight going into cramps every night. Now I feel spine shifting again when I walk. When I say shifting , mean cracking and tightness over whole back. Any suggestions?

  • Have you gotten confirmation you have actually fused yet?  Your exercise routine or the way you're doing your exercise routine could be doing more harm than good.
