question on cervical Retrolisthesis

I have a MRI and the report said I have  C5-6 1-2 mm Retrolisthesis and C4-5 1mm Retrolisthesis
[1]Any one know what's the level of my Retrolisthesis? such as the levels in range 0-10 ,0 means nothing, and 10 means very serve.
[2] I guess Retrolisthesis can cause the unstable of the cervical spine? If there any good way to stable it such as we do some excise to make the 2mm Retrolisthesis back to normal position ? or we only can do something to keep it and delay it become more worse?

thanks guys
any input is welcome!

  • by the way, what I currently changes are :(1) try to avoid forward head posture; (2) try to avoid the same position for a long time such as 30 mins; (3) try to correct to the right postures of my head;
    But I don't know if that helps and just worry if I am doing wrong and make it worse.
