Inflammatory burning pain in left leg

Hi,
I had undergone spinal fusion (c4-c5 discs) surgery in Jan 2014. Though the surgery is successful, the burning pain in the left leg which I had before surgery persists till date. Sometimes it becomes worst. My Doctor said it's due to the minor swelling to a nerve due to c4-c5 pressure. I am just taking tablets for nerve recovery.

Looking for a guidance/advice which will help me to recover at the earliest.

Thanks,
Sharad
