Tarlov cyst with chronic pain

Hello, I'm new to this site. I would like to hear from anyone who has a Tarlov cyst and has had spinal decompressions. My chiropractor is recommending a series of 20 high tech (done by computer) spinal decompressions for bulging discs at my L4/L5. I have a 2cm symptomatic tarlov cyst at the S2 which causes me considerable pain I my tailbone. I can't sit for more than 30 mins at a time making my time spent riding or flying miserable and I have to lay down. I really want to fix my bulging discs (80% chance) but don't want to aggravate my cyst. I already have bladder issues and paratheses in my left leg. Any help or info is greatly appreciated.
