need help with nutrition and inflammation

so right now im following the "90% clean and 10% baddies" but since I have an herniated disc, I've read that I'm not suppost to eat anything that causes inflammation (bread, cookies, etc) and that i would have to eat 100% clean so that it doesn't get inflammed again. I'ts been 2 months like this and i'm really tired of not eating oreos -.- would it be stupid to keep going like this?

    I guess it depends on how much you love oreos!!
